Refund Policy

At PolarEase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU and UK consumer rights law.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and logistics costs. This fee will be communicated upon return approval.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at contact@polarease.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, return shipping is covered by PolarEase and a full refund or replacement will be offered.
